I was collaborating with Gian on the Capstone Project Bangkit Academy 2023 HireHub. And we are in the same role, Mobile Developer. We often talked to each other about design layout, features, and some data. Gian is a very nice person. He has a great desire to make our project successful. He was also available if I need him to fix some bugs or errors. He has a great spirit to learn more. He was also passionate so he can make us confident to work on this project. He has good taste in design, he could edit our product video to make it stand out and absolutely, it made our project shine. I had the privilege of collaborating with Gian on a HireHub product-based capstone project for the Bangkit 2023 capstone project. Gian is a valuable member of our group, specifically contributing to the Mobile Development team. Our primary objective was to establish seamless connections and ensure smooth communication between our backend and frontend systems, particularly in the development of chat features. Throughout the capstone project, Gian consistently displayed determination, persistence, and resilience in fulfilling his responsibilities. He was always available to address any errors or issues that arose on the frontend, e ffectively communicating with the rest of the team to ensure alignment with our project plans. Working alongside Gian made a lasting impression on me, and I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to collaborate with him again in the future.

This application allows job seekers to create an online profile as simply as uploading their resume and wait for the company to offer them any related job. Employers can search for the candidate and our recommenders system in-app will help them to find the best candidate for specified criteria. This application also offers a messaging feature between employers and candidates to enhance the recruitment experience. HireHub aims to surpass beyond nowadays recruitment process with some features, such as CV processing to create online profiles automatically and the recommenders system to help the company filter suitable candidates for specified positions.
